By creating an account or using JobNixa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts & Roles

  • JobNixa offers two account types: Job Seeker and Employer. Each account must use a single, valid email address, which must be verified before login.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or block any account that violates these terms, posts fraudulent content, or misuses the platform.

2. Job Postings (Employers)

  • All job postings are reviewed by our admin team before appearing publicly. We may reject postings that are misleading, discriminatory, or violate applicable law.
  • Publishing a job requires an active job-posting package. Free draft creation does not guarantee publication.
  • Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, salary ranges, and hiring requirements.
  • If you make a hire through JobNixa, a placement fee may apply as communicated to you separately — see Section 4.

3. Applications (Job Seekers)

  • Free plan accounts may submit a limited number of applications. Premium membership removes this limit — see our Pricing page for details.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, CTC, and notice-period details.
  • Application status changes (Under Review, Shortlisted, Interview Scheduled, Rejected, Selected) are set by employers and/or our admin team and are provided for informational purposes.

4. Payments & Fees

  • All payments (Premium membership, employer packages) are processed securely via Razorpay. Payment confirmation is verified server-side before any plan is activated.
  • Placement/hiring success fees, where applicable, are billed separately by our admin team following a confirmed hire and communicated with amount and terms before collection.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are non-refundable once the corresponding service (job visibility, application quota, etc.) has been delivered, except where required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: post false or misleading information; use the platform to spam or harass other users; attempt to bypass admin moderation; or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

JobNixa is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate quality, or job availability, and are not a party to any employment agreement formed between users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JobNixa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
